It seems to be the year of cancer in my family. If you know us, then you know that my Honey was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in September. She had her thyroid removed surgically in October, and is scheduled for follow-up treatment with iodine-131 (radioactive) later on this month.

Shrimp Po-Boy Sandwich!
Fried shrimp is one of my favorite foods, and this sandwich is one of my favorite ways to eat fried shrimp! Like many of my recipés, This one doesn't start from scratch. If you opened it up to learn how to fry shrimp, you're out of luck: we start with fried shrimp!
